Our Background with SharePoint 2010

In August of 2008, our technical staff was hired by the Developer Platform Evangelism (DPE) team at Microsoft to author and deliver a hands-on training course for SharePoint 2010 developers. Over the last year, Critical Path Training instructors including Ted Pattison, Andrew Connell, Scot Hillier, Wouter Van Vugt and Chris Predeek have successfully delivered this workshop to hundreds of professional software developers from Microsoft as well as other ISVs and System Integrators that have participated in the private beta as part of the TAP, Metro and Ignite programs. Once the SharePoint team reveals the SharePoint 2010 feature list and lifts its non-disclosure agreements, we will be able to offer our SharePoint 2010 developer and administrator training to you in our public open enrollments class which we offer in both a hands-on format and an online format. We can also begin discussing the possibility of sending one of our instructors to your location for private onsite training.

In addition to the training and delivery of the SharePoint 2010 developer course for Microsoft, many Critical Path Training instructors have been selected to present and deliver SharePoint 2010 related sessions at upcoming major conferences. For example

• Microsoft's SharePoint Conference 2009 (October 19-23, 2009 in Las Vegas) -  instructors Andrew Connell, Ted Pattison and Scot Hillier will be presenting breakout sessions and Ted and Andrew will conduct a full day post-conference deep-dive workshop on SharePoint 2010 development (which is already sold out).
• SharePoint Connections Fall 2009 (November 9-13, 2009) - instuctors Andrew Connell and Scot Hillier are presenting on SharePoint 2010 as well as delivering a full post-conference deep-dive workshop on SharePoint 2010 development.
